2. Use of Service & Content

VoltCV provides tools to create and manage professional profiles. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership and copyright of the resume content you build using VoltCV. We only store it to provide you access to the service.

Our IP

VoltCV retains all intellectual property rights to the software, templates, design layouts, and algorithms used to build the platform.

4. Subscription & Payments

Premium features are available through a paid subscription. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Stripe/PayPal). Subscription terms, including pricing and recurring billing details, are presented at the time of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

VoltCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or career losses.
