• Cloud Syncing: Your data is stored in Google Cloud's highly secure Firestore database.
• Security: All transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. We use Firebase Security Rules to ensure only you can access your own documents.
• Local Persistence: Some temporary data is stored in your browser's local storage to ensure performance and prevent data loss during offline sessions.

We partner with selected third parties to provide specific functionalities:

• Firebase (Google LLC): For authentication and database hosting.
• Google Generative AI (Gemini API): For analyzing and extracting structured text when you use our AI PDF import tools. Your resume data is sent securely to Google for extraction but is NOT used to train Google's foundational AI models, per their enterprise developer API privacy terms.
• Google Analytics: To understand how users interact with our platform and improve our templates.
• Stripe / PayPal: To process premium subscriptions (your financial details never touch our servers).

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and CV data for as long as your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us.
